I have a question that has probably been asked a million times. Is it a legal to run a A2 rifle buffer tube with your arm brace? I have altered the tube to the point that it can no longer accept the stock so intent cannot be implied, or shouldn’t be able to be implied.

One would think that if it isn’t capable of accepting a rifle stock it would be fine. I’d refer you to this discussion on AR15.com: http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=3&f=122&t=483410. There is an ATF letter that discusses your question.
