Purchase a new SIG SAUER® P220®, P226®, P229®, 1911, SIG556 pistol, or SIG556 rifle from your dealer’s inventory from September 7th through November 30th, 2009, and SIG SAUER will give you $200.00 for your old KLUNKER* pistol or revolver.

We received a notification that we’ll have some Sig Sauer P226 Blackwater pistols coming in this week. We’ll have them in our store for sale as soon as possible and we will post another update as soon as they are online. These are pretty popular pistols so don’t hesitate if you’ve been looking for one.
Sig Sauer has announced the recall of certain models of the P238 line. See the full announcement on Sig’s website and a portion below:
SIG SAUER, Inc. has initiated a Mandatory Safety Upgrade pertaining to our new Model P238™ pistols. We have determined that a small number of P238 pistols may have safety levers that are not manufactured to factory specifications. Under certain conditions, it may be possible for the lever not to be completely engaged in the safe position. In this condition, the gun will not fire when the trigger is pulled. However, when the safety lever is moved to the off position, the hammer may fall, with the remote possibility that the gun could fire unintentionally, thus creating a risk of injury or death…
…If you have a SIG SAUER P238 with a serial number between DA000501 and DA003216, please cease use of the firearm immediately. Not all P238s within the identified serial number range are affected; therefore, it is imperative that you contact us via the UPGRADE HOT LINE at 1 (866) 446-1914…

We are running a short term sale on the Sig Sauer P228. This model was out of production and Sig recently made a production run for this model.
The P228 is chambered in 9mm and features night sights, a double action/single action trigger (DA/SA), a 13 round magazine, a decocker, and an accessory rail under the barrel. The P228 looks much like the P226 but it is slightly shorter.
